Callista — Refit AV & Control
Full AV and control systems overhaul of a 42m motor yacht during a six-week shipyard refit in Palma. Crestron replaced a legacy system across eight zones, with new multiroom audio, 4K distribution and Lutron lighting scenes throughout.
The owner of Callista wanted a complete refresh of the onboard technology experience without altering the yacht's interior. Working directly with the refit yard, Halo's engineers replaced the ageing control infrastructure with a full Crestron backbone, enabling unified management of lighting, AV, shading and climate from any touchpanel or mobile device. Eight independent audio zones were redesigned using concealed ceiling speakers and a dedicated amplification rack. The main saloon received a 85" 4K display integrated flush into the joinery, while the sky lounge was fitted with a laser projector and motorised screen. Lutron Ketra lighting was installed throughout, allowing the crew to set precise scenes for cruising, dining and anchoring.
