Hidden Villa is a complete smart home integration delivered across a luxury private villa in Mallorca. Every system — lighting, shading, audio, video, climate, networking, and security — was designed, installed, and commissioned by the Halo team as a unified whole.
Lutron lighting control brings scene-based illumination to every room, with motorised shading that responds automatically to sunlight throughout the day. A Crestron automation system ties everything together, giving the owners full control from wall panels, tablets, or their phones — whether on the island or abroad.
The living spaces feature an L-Acoustics sound system with invisible in-ceiling speakers, delivering reference-quality audio without compromising the interior design. A dedicated private cinema room was built from acoustic first principles, with 4K projection and Dolby Atmos surround sound.
Enterprise-grade Wi-Fi 6 networking covers the entire property, with a managed infrastructure that supports seamless connectivity across all devices and systems. A fully integrated security and access control system completes the installation, with CCTV and video intercom accessible from any screen in the house.
